Caval Real Estate is a family owned and operated commercial real estate investment company located in Coral Gables, FL since 1988. We specialize in the acquisition, ownership and management of free-standing, net leases, single tenant properties in the South Florida trade area.

  We are proud of the cadre of national tenants. In addition we also take great pride in our “mom & pop” tenants. This demographic of tenant has been the core of the Caval strategy since the company's inception. We have enjoyed watching this group of tenants grow and succeed into important South Florida business enterprises.
