Catholic Health Initiatives is a nonprofit, faith‑based health system headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. Formed in 1996 through the consolidation of four Catholic health systems, it operates a broad network across 18 states that includes about 100 hospitals, two academic health centers, major teaching hospitals, and 30 critical-access facilities, along with community health-services organizations, accredited nursing colleges, home-health agencies, and living communities.
