This dynamic team has accumulated vast experience in the yachting industry while sailing 60,000+ nautical miles across oceans. Stephen is an American Sailing Association Instructor Examiner and since 1996, both have helped others in the Caribbean and the Bahamas learn to sail and to prepare for the live aboard experience in various sailing schools. They owned and operated the third largest charter company in the Caribbean/USA for several years, so they have in-depth knowledge to share about entering and operating in the yacht charter industry. 

Stephen built Royal Salute (his first cruising yacht), a 45-ft Bruce Roberts design sloop. He has been a partner in a boat building factory in South Africa manufacturing catamarans, which he successfully introduced into the Caribbean and US markets. 

Stephen and Estelle are bonded and licensed yacht brokers and actively buy and sell new and used boats.
