Besides 5-axis-milling and turning according to the customer’s drawing, we offer grinding, die sinking and wire cut EDM, heat treatments, galvanic coatings and surface treatments, such as passivation, electropolishing and neutralization, sintering of tungsten alloys, brazing, soldering and welding.

Besides an accurate choice of materials and professional workmanship, quality control is amongst the foundation of Casram's success. According to your needs, Casram performs destructive and non-destructive testings and elaborates 3-D inspection reports and material certification sheets.

Our service includes technical assistance for our customer's projects, as well as high flexibility even for smaller lots, including the supply of first article inspection reports (FAI), pre-series production batches, up to serial production.
