Cascade Cardiology began on 3/3/03. It was started by a small crew dedicated to teamwork, innovation, integrity, compassion and excellence. Dr. Kirk Walker (board certified in interventional cardiology), along with Sue Snider, RN (specializing in heart failure) and Timothy Taber (echocardiography sonographer) were part of the core that began the practice. Cascade Cardiology moved its main office to its present location on the 1st Floor of the Meridian Building in downtown Salem. Our service to the communities of Silverton and Woodburn through our satellite clinics remains consistent and an integral part of Cascade Cardiology's mission. In 2015 Dr. Walker retired and the practice partners Dr. Maziar Azadpour, Dr. Ashit Patel, Dr. Harminder Ghandok, took over.
