CASA of River Valley is a nonprofit organization in the field of individual and family services, based in Joliet, Illinois. It mobilizes community resources to recruit and train volunteers who advocate for children connected to the Will and Grundy County courts, aiming to reduce the harms caused by abuse and neglect that are not the children’s fault. The volunteers act as the child’s voice in the courtroom, providing the court with relevant information to support a restorative approach to juvenile proceedings.

Its mission centers on ensuring the child's perspective is represented within the judicial process and is complemented by a broader aim to raise community awareness and reporting of child abuse and neglect in its region. The organization operates with a small to mid-sized team and relies on volunteers to carry out its work, drawing on local resources to support families and court proceedings.
