Casa ALBA Melanie serves as the Hispanic Resource Center for the greater Green Bay area, supporting the well-being and development of Latino and Hispanic residents in the region. It offers direct services through in-person intakes and phone support, along with culturally specific programming and resource referrals. Originating from a 25-year ministry to the Hispanic community, the organization, based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, was incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit on December 8, 2011. 
Its work focuses on ensuring basic needs for Hispanic/Latino families in Brown County, including health services through a Health Navigator Program and education through a Spanish GED program, along with advocacy to sustain and expand resources. In July 2025, the organization partnered with The Tribute Companies Inc. to host a Día de los Muertos event at Fort Howard Memorial Park, reflecting engagement with community partners.
