Carolina Grout Works is a Charlotte-based provider of tile grout restoration services, focusing on cleaning and sealing grout to refresh the appearance and durability of tiled surfaces. Its process uses a proprietary grout color sealant that penetrates the grout and forms a protective layer resistant to dirt, liquids, oils, and heavy traffic. Customers can choose from 20 premixed colors or custom-tinted options to refresh tile surfaces at a fraction of the cost of regrouting or retiling. In addition to cleaning and sealing, the company offers repair and replacement for issues such as loose or broken tiles, cracked or missing grout, and moldy caulk. Carolina Grout Works is the Charlotte outpost of a national grout restoration network that originated in 1994, with its headquarters in Atlanta and more than 50 locations nationwide. Eric and Laura Hendrix, the licensed owners, established the Charlotte operation after Grout Works restored tiles in their home and later purchased the Charlotte business, expanding service to fourteen central North Carolina counties.
