Carnegie East House is an active community of older adults located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Residents live in a caring environment that offers them the freedom of independent living and quality supportive services when they need them. Our exceptionally caring and dedicated staff is committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable setting for our residents. As a not for profit, enriched housing provider, we strive to create an atmosphere where our residents can celebrate the experience of aging with dignity and grace.

We provide all residents with these services:

-  24 Hour Concierge
-  Three meals a day from an extensive fine dining menu
-  3.5 hours of personal care services per week (we can facilitate more, if needed)
-  Housekeeping 
-  Personal laundry including linens and towels
-  All laundry including linens and towels
-  All utilities, except telephone and cable TV
-  Diverse in-house daily activities 
-  Licensed nurses on duty 7 days a week
-  Licensed social work services
-  Personal care workers on duty 24 hours a day
