Capital Claims Management, LLC. ("CCM") was founded to provide domestic and international insurance carriers with an alternative to the current TPA options available in the marketplace. CCM provides targeted, comprehensive and aggressive claims resolution services to minimize total claim costs. We work in direct partnership with MGA's, brokers, and carriers to create claims teams specifically tailored to the insured pool. 

While CCM primarily operates in the Property & Casualty segment, our wide network of experienced insurance professionals, provides ample resources to address virtually any claims adjusting need.

In some cases we can provide additional services such as private label TPA services. Allowing MGA's greater interaction with the claims process, resulting in a more responsive and effective claims experience for the insured.
