CAMPVS supports the next generation of artists by providing opportunities to learn, earn, and showcase their work. It has engaged thousands of college musicians and DJs through experiential initiatives and campus programs. In the 2019-20 school year, CAMPVS piloted its platform with Amazon Prime Student at select schools, and it has continued to adapt by blending online and offline experiences through the pandemic. 

Its founders previously produced the first-ever and longest-running college music competitions, Campus DJ and College Battle of the Bands, working with more than 20 campuses each year. Through those initiatives, CAMPVS helped surface notable collegiate talent such as Local Natives, Mike Posner, and Rozzi Crane, and attracted high-profile headliners and judges. Based in Santa Monica, California, the company operates with a small team within the entertainment services sector, focusing on connecting student artists with opportunities to learn, earn, and gain exposure.
