The California Real Estate Regional Center (“CaRE”) is a USCIS approved EB-5 Regional Center specializing in the development, financing, and management of hotels and condo-hotels in Southern California.

At CaRE we assist immigrant investors in finding qualifying and secure investments so that they may receive permanent US residency under the Immigrant Investor Program created by Congress in 1990.

CaRE is a USCIS approved regional center. A regional center is a private enterprise or corporation with a targeted investment program within a defined  geographic region. The USCIS regional center designation makes CaRE eligible to receive capital from immigrant investors. Foreign investors have an advantage when investing through a regional center in that it allows the investor to rely on indirect employment rather than direct employment when applying for a US green card through the EB-5 program.
