Cabrini Green Legal Aid is a Chicago-based provider of legal services established in 1973 to address legal needs linked to limited opportunities, poverty, and racial inequity experienced in the Cabrini Green community. Over time, it has widened its scope beyond a single neighborhood to operate at citywide, countywide, and statewide levels, focusing on low-income individuals negatively affected by the criminal justice system.

The organization aims to help people overcome barriers that hinder positive outcomes and sustained well-being for themselves and their families. Each year it serves more than seven thousand clients, reflecting a broad scope of impact across its service area. In May 2026 it announced plans to participate in an Expungement and Record Sealing Seminar organized with the SOC Alliance, scheduled for June 12, 2026.
