Small team Buxton Police Dept is a small software-focused organization with 2-10 employees, indicating a lean team that may benefit from scalable, cost-effective cloud and security solutions that are easy to implement and maintain.

Cloud-first stack Their tech stack relies on AWS, Cloudflare, Drupal, Netlify, and PHP, suggesting opportunities for cloud hosting, content security, CDN optimization, Drupal-based hosting enhancements, and PHP performance or migration services.

Security emphasis Existing use of Barracuda Email Protection and HTTPS/HSTS signals a priority on security and threat prevention, presenting upsell potential for expanded email security, endpoint protection, and security posture assessments.

Growth signals Recent news mentions joining Full Maine again, implying recruitment or growth activity which could increase demand for HR tech integrations, onboarding workflows, or scalable IT services to support expansion.

Mid-market gap Revenue under $1M positioning and staff size suggest competitive contrast with larger police department peers; targeted mid-market solutions in cost-conscious IAM, monitoring, and managed cloud services could fit their budget and needs.
