The Business Success Center provides sales and financial management strategy, planning, and process development and implementation for growing small businesses. It also provides turnaround services for under-achieving businesses and those in trouble. It is a City of Austin certified “green business" and a member of the Central TX Association of Guaranteed Government Lenders. Founders Jan Triplett and Dan Diener began this business as a full service advertising and communications firm. Then they expanded this and bought the Entrepreneurs' Association, taking it from a social organization to Texas' largest business development center and leading two international trade missions. In 2000, they created an incubator and accelerator and created the Business Success Center. The Diener -Triplett programs, under the Entrepreneurs' Association name, received one of three 5-star national program awards from the federal Small Business Administration (SBA) and a Greater Austin Quality Council Level I Award. The Austin Business Journal selected the BSC as a top 20 management consulting firm.
