Budinger & Associates, Inc. is an Inland Northwest engineering and consulting firm that has provided geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, exploratory drilling, laboratory analysis, and quality inspection services since 1976. The firm operates three offices: corporate office in Spokane Valley, Washington; a branch office in Wenatchee, Washington opened in 2008; and a branch office in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho opened in 2010.Budinger & Associates, Inc. employs a total staff of approximately 20 professional and technical personnel, from registered Professional Engineers to experienced field and laboratory technicians. 

Budinger & Associates' Construction Materials Testing and Inspection division provides field and laboratory materials testing of soil, aggregate, bituminous pavement, concrete, steel, and masonry on hundreds of projects throughout the Inland Empire annually. In addition, we provide sanitary sewer, water, storm water, and road construction inspection per WSDOT and Spokane County standards.

Our personnel and facilities are held to the highest standards. We currently employ 11 certified engineering technicians/inspectors whose experience range from 4 to 32 years. Collectively our materials testing and inspection staff boasts 115 years of service in Spokane. We are regularly inspected by A2LA, WABO, WSDOT, and ITD. In addition, our technicians/inspectors hold certifications from ICC, WABO, NICET, WAQTC, ACI, and AWS.
