The Bucks County Association of REALTORS, established in 1930, is a not for profit trade association comprised of approximately 3,100 local real estate professionals in and around Bucks County, Pennsylvania. REALTORS belonging to the Association have made a commitment to their profession by subscribing to a strict Code of Ethics thus earning them the right to use the term REALTOR®. The Association provides the resources necessary to enhance the professional development of its members, while promoting and protecting private property rights. The Bucks County Association of REALTORS is the grassroots organization and works in concert with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. It is the second largest REALTOR® Association in Pennsylvania. Products and services provided by BCAR include, state mandated real estate transaction documents, administration of the electronic lock box system, professional standards enforcement, educational programming, and legislative advocacy through the Suburban REALTORS Alliance which protects the interests of both REALTORS and consumers alike.
