BTM Industries is a third-generation, woman-owned machine shop providing custom machining and metalworking needs to local industries since 1963.

We specialize in high-mix, low-volume machining for heavy industrial manufacturers, including mining and construction equipment, industrial machinery, rail and more. As a job shop, we routinely take on work that other shops hesitate to handle, supporting prototypes, one-offs, and repeat jobs that aren’t always identical. For over six decades, our customers have trusted BTM not just for parts, but for consistency, communication, and accountability.

Our team reflects both legacy and forward momentum. Machinists with decades of experience work alongside the next generation entering the trade, fostering a culture of mentorship and collaboration. Throughout our history, multiple team members built nearly their entire careers with BTM before retiring, a reflection of the culture and stability that define our shop.
