Brownlie & Braden, which joined Focus as a partner firm in 2017, specialized in providing financial advisory services for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. For nearly three decades, Brownlie & Braden has helped clients achieve their financial goals by providing personalized investment advice, estate planning, tax guidance, and other services, always with a focus on long-term success and individual client needs.

As of the completion of this transaction on November 11, 2024, Prairie managed approximately $7 billion in collective assets and consulted on approximately $2 billion in additional assets based on values as of October 31, 2024.
