Broadcore operates in the United States as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Masergy, a telecommunications company. The broader Masergy organization provides managed networking and cloud services through customized, high-performance solutions designed to help businesses compete in a global economy. Since its early development of a global IP/MPLS network in 2000, Masergy has grown to run what it describes as the largest independent global network platform, alongside a fully integrated cloud communications suite, cloud security offerings, and managed network services.

As part of Masergy's portfolio, Broadcore participates in delivering platforms and services that emphasize guaranteed performance, scalability, and reach for enterprise clients. Masergy aims at large organizations requiring sophisticated networking and cloud capabilities, a market segment that the parent notes includes many of the world's largest companies. A recent development supporting its ecosystem is Masergy's 2023 partnership with Exclusive Networks, reflecting ongoing channel expansion and multi-vendor managed services.
