British Glass is the United Kingdom's trade association for the glass, ceramics and concrete manufacturing sector, representing more than 70 organisations. It communicates the sector's value and interests at national and international levels while fostering collaboration and innovation to secure a sustainable future for glass. Based in Sheffield, England, it operates as a small to mid-sized membership body focused on policy, industry development, and sector representation. It supports its members by connecting industry networks and partnerships to advance the interests of the glass, ceramics and concrete industries. In 2025, leadership changes occurred, with Dean Butler appointed president and long-serving chief executive Dave Dalton retiring in December after 45 years in the industry. The organization has participated in policy-focused activity and industry events, including a UK Glass and Glazing Collective Parliamentary Reception at the House of Commons in 2025, held in collaboration with partner bodies to underscore the sector's role in the UK's industrial and net-zero agenda.
