We believe that fishing for donors is all about identifying with the fish. Where do they swim and why? OK maybe it’s also about learning to swim in a school with other fish and keeping your eye out for the big fish.  It’s a team effort after all.

After all these years, we think we’ve figured out what it takes to be successful fisherpersons. We like to share.  Here we go:

1)  Find those golden big fish – your partners
2)  Work well with others
3)  Swim out on your own when you have to

Your organization will never be the same.  It’s a good thing.  And, by the way, the fish love it when you handle them kindly.
