Bridge Equity Group is a real estate investment firm that rehabs, repositions and operates multifamily assets in strategic US markets.  We focus on capital preservation and risk-adjusted returns, by seeking investments that generate immediate cash yields with significant additional growth potential. Our enviable track record can be attributed to an opportunistic investment approach that uses proprietary models to identify "off-market" deals owned by motivated sellers with underperforming assets that can be transformed through a value-add approach. The results are low risk, high yield investments which are expertly managed through all phases of the value add process, including construction, property management and ongoing operations.  Acquisition and operational decisions are based upon what is in the best interest of our long term partners and clients. Currently, Bridge Equity Group is seeking multifamily properties in N CA which can be repositioned for a minimum 10% cash flow and 15% IRR over the course of the investment hold (5-10 years).  This allows our investors to enjoy 6-7% preferred returns and considerable appreciation upon disposition.  Investors are paid quarterly distributions from operations and look forward to earning equity thru the many forced appreciation strategies we deploy.
