Brett Matthews was started in January, 1993
by Sheri LaMagna, whose vision was to bring 
a higher form of artistic expression to event photography. Her studio photographs weddings and events in the New York City area, as well as other locations in the United States and around the world.

Our staff of talented photographers approach each event with an artistic perspective; resulting in gorgeous photographs that can be displayed as fine art. From the graphic designers, project managers and photo editors, the studio's creative vision and personal service never ends.

In addition to event and portrait photography, 
the studio's corporate work includes photographs for web sites, catalogs, advertisements, magazine covers, and annual reports.

Brett Matthews photographers contribute their talent and support to various charities, such as The Long Island Babe Zaharas Breast Cancer Foundation, The Make-a-Wish Foundation, The Don Monti Foundation for North Shore Hospital, and The Melanoma Foundation.

Sheri named the studio after her sons, Brett and Matthew. Her daughter, Blake, is an up and coming photographer.
