BOM, the Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij, is the Brabant Development Agency based in Tilburg, North Brabant. It supports entrepreneurs by sharing knowledge and building networks to advance innovative Brabant companies and sustainable energy projects. It also helps international firms settle in Brabant and assists local companies to extend their reach abroad, with goals including economic growth, increased employment, addressing social issues, and a leading role for Brabant on the world stage.

The organization operates through several labels—Brabant Ventures, International Trade, Foreign Investments, and Renewable Energy—each focusing on different aspects of the regional economy. Brabant Ventures concentrates on the growth of ambitious Brabant startups and scaleups in industries such as High-Tech Systems and Software, Agri-food, Life Sciences & Health, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Bio-based Economy. In November 2025 BOM launched BioVenture Builder, a programme to support drug discovery and therapeutic development teams in building biotech companies.
