BPI Realty Services was founded in 1979 to specialize in developing grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Houston, Texas market.  BPI formed a relationship with Randalls food stores, and the two companies embarked on an aggressive development program to build high-quality shopping centers with Randalls as the anchor tenant.  

 As the real estate market evolved in the early 1990s into more institutional ownership, BPI expanded our services to offer development, leasing, and property management to third-party owners.  Our experience and expertise in the Houston market allowed us the flexibility to accommodate all types of investors and owners and their diverse and dynamic investment goals and strategies.

 BPI’s commitment to premium developments, innovative designs, and quality construction has resulted in some of the finest retail and grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Houston area. These principles were the foundation for our company at its inception and continue to drive our success as a leader in the commercial real estate market today.
