Boulder MRI is the leading provider of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in Colorado, including the entire Front Range and metro Denver areas. Our current operational hours are from 7:00 am – 7:30 pm, Monday – Friday. The facility is located in Lafayette, CO just east of Boulder at Community Medical Center, 1000 W South Boulder Rd, Lafayette, Colorado 80026. Parking is readily available on the West side of the facility with easy access to the building entrance. Upon entering the facility, our reception area welcomes you to our experienced physicians and healthcare professionals. Boulder MRI’s staff is extremely friendly and our technologist’s expertise in MRI excel in capturing the latest advances in magnetic resonance imaging. Boulder MRI is an elite diagnostic facility utilizing the highest resolution imaging with state of the art technology. Our patients will experience the most professional, comfortable, and safest MRI atmosphere surrounded by a friendly unique staff of knowledgeable healthcare professionals. Boulder MRI features the GE Discovery 3.0T magnet housed with a 70 cm wide and short bore gantry (the opening size of the magnet). Our tube gantry has a wider and shorter configuration than most other MR systems. This redesign and customization offers our patients maximum ergonomic comfort. The surface of the MRI table is uniquely wider and free of pressure points. The combination of bright inner lighting and a flared entryway make for a relaxed MRI setting! Our 3.0T magnet has the advantage of increased magnet strength over other MRI facilities, resulting in a brand new level of diagnostic capability. An efficient and high resolution console monitor is mounted directly above the magnet making operation straight forward and effective. Extraordinary image resolution, real time scan data, detailed patient information, and routine system software updates are incorporated into the exam experience allowing for prompt analysis and diagnosis.
