We can serve as a major resource for buyers, sellers, investors and property owners. Boston Green Realty’s specialty is assessing and calculating the dollar value of any Eco-Friendly or Energy Efficient features of either a retrofitted existing home or new construction. We are also a full service property management company handling many Boston and surrounding properties.
