Boss Energy Ltd is a mid-sized mining company based in Subiaco, Western Australia. It owns the Honeymoon uranium project, which is fully permitted and 100% owned, with a production potential of up to 3.3 million pounds of U3O8 per year. The Honeymoon project sits in a tier-one jurisdiction and is described as having comparatively low operating costs. The company’s focus on uranium development places it in Australia’s mining sector, looking to bring production forward as the uranium cycle strengthens.

Beyond Honeymoon, Boss Energy has pursued expansion through collaborations on other uranium projects, including a 2022 arrangement with First Quantum Minerals. In October 2025, Matthew Dusci was appointed as managing director and chief executive officer.
