BlueFin, a 100% employee-owned, GATE Energy company, is the field services arm of GATE Energy. BlueFin provides completions, flushing, testing, cleaning and joint integrity for energy facilities and assets. Their core services are centered around construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and decommissioning of pipelines, process piping and umbilicals. Their operational maintenance field services are centered around both onshore and offshore process facilities, pipelines and industrial plants.

Our Pipeline, Process and Industrial segment are pipe experts focused on flushing, cleaning, testing and joint integrity – any size, any diameter, from commissioning needs to flow assurance challenges. This includes hydrostatic pressure testing, pneumatic leak testing services, pipeline pigging and cleaning services, flushing and filtration services, umbilical's support and decommissioning services. Our industrial services include millwright services, field machining, controlled bolting, cold cutting, beveling and more. We also offer proprietary tools such as LiquiGel Pig technology and the eelReel, our extended reach solution to clean plugged flowlines & pipelines. . 

Our Completions segment focuses on downhole gauge installation, multi-line spooling services and capillary injection system and equipment. BlueFin is now preferred distributor and installation specialist of Spartek’s Permanent Downhole Monitoring System (PDHMS) for the U.S. Land Market.
