Blue Beyond Consulting is a woman-owned boutique management consulting firm focused on building organizations where both the business and the people thrive. In addition, we have a thriving practice supporting small and mid-sized companies, public and private universities, and not-for-profit organizations.

Blue Beyond was founded in 2006 in the San Francisco Bay Area by founder and CEO, Cheryl Fields Tyler, after a long career that began in the high-tech industry and expanded into organizational effectiveness research and business and leadership consultation for public, private, and non-profit sectors. Today, we are a team of over 50 employees across the U.S. with a proven track record of supporting a wide variety of clients from some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies to public sector and non-profits.
