BLOK is made up of a group of highly experienced and motivated individuals who are keenly focused on collaborating with our customers resulting in building and construction projects that exceed expectation. 

Our leadership, project team members, and support staff possess decades of experience in both the modular and conventional construction industries.  Some of our team members spent years successfully managing  the most sophisticated modular projects for the two largest modular dealers in the U.S. and Canada.  While others have spent their careers executing conventional construction projects in both the public and private sector.    

We are all about delivering a project that meets your needs.  We want to build what you want to build.  It all starts with us listening to you, understanding what you do, and then partnering with you to develop a project that enhances your success. 

BLOK team members have successfully completed some of the largest commercial modular projects in the U.S.  Helping companies and organizations in nearly every industry by delivering solutions that keep them moving.  So, whether it’s designing and building a 50,000 square foot training facility for a professional sports team or partnering with a university to design and build an MRI facility, we get it done.
