When Founder, Kate McAleer, first envisioned Bixby & Co., she thought of creating unique, artisan products that would please the palette and provide nutritional value.  That’s exactly what she did.  Since 2011, Bixby & Co., has been devoted to crafting “THE CANDY BAR REINVENTED.” Our mission is to produce healthy, delicious chocolate snack bars that INDULGE. SATISFY. ENERGIZE.

The Bixby Bars are crafted fresh in our Rockland, Maine production center.  Our recipes exclude  preservatives, additives and corn syrup.  Bixby Bars have a delectable combination of dried fruits, nuts, spices and organic chocolate, all together giving rich flavors.

The chocolate ingredients are Rainforest Alliance Certified (fair trade) for protection of the environment and the promotion of fair trade and sustainable farming of the cocoa beans.  All of our products are non GMO, Kosher and Gluten-Free Certified and all dark chocolate is Vegan verified.

Also, Bixby & Co. offers a signature line of Drinking Chocolates:  Rich Dark Chocolate, Creamy Dard Milk Chocolate, Mayan Spiced Dark Chocolate and Smooth White Chocolate…treats which WARM THE SOUL ON COLD WEATHER DAYS OR PROVIDE A COOL DRINK ON ICE IN THE WARMER WEATHER.
