Dr. Bishara's special interests include cosmetic surgery of the breast (including augmentation and breast lift), rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck), liposuction, cosmetic surgery of the face, autologous fat transfer, and body contouring surgery after massive weight loss. Dr. Bishara also provides a full array of minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, such as injectable fillers, Botox, and hair restoration including transplantation. He offers the latest technique in hair transplantation, known as follicular unit extraction (FUE) - a bloodless procedure that is essentially pain-free and does not involve the traditional incision of the scalp. Dr. Bishara then completed a five-year residency in general surgery at Morristown Memorial hospital, which is affiliated with the prestigious Mount Sinai Medical School in Manhattan, New York. During this time he founded the American Plastic and Reconstructive Research Association - an industrial think-tank for novel concepts and respective clinical applications in plastic surgery. He then completed a fellowship appointment in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at Harvard Medical School at the world-renowned Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
