The Biocom Institute is preparing the life science workforce to think differently and stay ahead of the curve in solving our world’s biggest challenges.  

The Institute’s landmark approach of partnering with key agencies, biotechnology companies and learning institutions to create hands-on programs that raise interest in science career pathways and foster the next generation of science leaders has become an often-duplicated model for life science industry education programs all over the world. Biocom Institute and partners have raised over $11MM to provide education, training, and placement services to incumbent, veterans, dislocated, and unemployed workers in California.
