The principals at Binera are responsible for the development of SMRT (the System-Wide Multi-Hazard Risk Tool), a risk management solution specifically designed for state and locals to manage hazard risks to CIKR assets and systems. SMRT is the product of 10 years of evolutionary development, and has been extensively applied and tested in the field.
