These achievements have delivered financial results visible in Manufacturing Cost of Sales, Fixed and Variable costs as well as Working capital.  He has lead company wide culture change initiatives that integrate continuous improvement methodologies and stimulate employee engagement.   These initiatives have lead to both macro level financial improvements and shifts in employee mindset and quality of work.
