In 1998, Berks & Beyond Employment Services, Inc. was formed as a solution to businesses with staffing problems. The purpose of operation of the company is to provide businesses with qualified employees on a temporary and permanent basis. Berks & Beyond is a complete Employment Service specializing in both temporary and permanent placement. We use a state of the art computer system which allows us to search our extensive database and place qualified employees in a matter of minutes. We are also able to test and train your employees and/or applicants in the most up to date computer software packages available. Since our opening on July 20, 1998, we have had the opportunity to help many companies in the area appreciate the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction. Our business has experienced vast growth due to referrals from gratified customers. In November of 1999 we opened our Allentown office to service the entire Lehigh Valley. In February of 2004 we established our Pottstown office for Montgomery and Chester Counties. We believe this growth is due largely to Berks & Beyond being a locally owned and operated full employment service. With management so readily available we are able to tailor our services to each company's individual needs.
