Founded in 1977, Belmont Housing Resources for WNY, Inc is now a leading advocate for quality affordable housing.  

Our many programs and services support the families across Western New York who need it most. We not only administer rental assistance programs, we also offer a variety of housing-related programs and services promoting home ownership and asset building, educating renters and landlords, improving existing housing stock, developing and managing affordable housing, and creating safe and healthy communities.

Our mission is to expand affordable housing opportunities throughout Western New York.
