Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a family owned and operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the town of Bedford, New Hampshire. Our goal is to meet the ever changing healthcare needs of the communities we serve. We provide a comprehensive array of specialized services and programs including clinical care, physical, occupational and speech therapies, social services and recreational activities in a warm, home-like environment. Our rehabilitation department is committed to restoring the highest level of independent functioning possible for all short-term residents. For our long-term residents, we provide rehabilitative and restorative therapies to prevent avoidable decline in physical function and independence. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services are available up to seven days per week, as needed. All therapy services are individually designed based upon the needs and capabilities of each resident and are delivered by our in-house staff therapists. We also provide a complete calendar of recreational activities designed to stimulate mental activity, emotional stability and social interaction among our residents and the community at large.
