We use design as a tool to help stakeholders build consensus around what they want to do by demonstrating their ideas in a click-through prototype format.  The prototype deliverable is called a Protovision™.  Protovisions simulate the user experience and system functionality.   They are used from early idea phases for raising capital or securing budget to re-design initiatives on existing products.  They provide a stake in ground so that companies can hire resources, explore partnership opportunities and develop roadmap strategies.
