Based in Baltimore, Maryland, the council maintains a small staff that coordinates its activities. In 2025, it joined a collaborative effort with The Associated, the Elijah Cummings Youth Program (ECYP), and Associated Black Charities (ABC) to launch Baltimore’s Rekindle Fellowship.
