Founded in 1987, Bali Construction, Inc., a Minority owned General Engineering Contractor, has crafted a niche for itself in heavy civil construction. With many projects behind us, we are experienced in the installation of underground utilities, engineered shoring systems, structural & non structural concrete, asphalt and concrete street removal and replacement, retaining walls, mass excavation and extensive demolition.

Familiar with large and small private and public projects, we have served both as a Prime contractor and a Subcontractor. We have completed projects of entire B-permit packages including underground utilities, street work, lighting and other specialty trades.
