Boutique scale Bailey Architecture is a small firm with 2-10 employees and revenue under $1M, indicating a high potential for high-touch, cross-sell opportunities such as security, collaboration tools, and cloud-based project management to improve efficiency and client experience.

Personalized delivery The emphasis on a unique personal design and project management experience suggests a need for robust client portals, communication platforms, and streamlined documentation workflows that can enhance satisfaction and referrals.

Tech stack leverage Current technologies include PHP, MySQL, Microsoft 365, and security measures like Sucuri and X-XSS-Protection, signaling opportunities to upsell secure hosting, CMS enhancements, and ongoing security monitoring for client projects.

Growth readiness With recent news not detailing large funding but operating under $1M revenue, there is room to propose scalable software and admin automation to support growth without a huge upfront investment.

Competitive landscape Smaller peers in the industry show similar revenue ranges; targeting mid-market architectural firms with complimentary services or integration needs (e.g., BIM, collaboration tools) could position Bailey as a preferred partner for efficiency gains.
