BAGLY, Inc. is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Boston, Massachusetts, that is youth-led and adult-supported, with a focus on social justice for LGBTQ+ youth and advocacy for related programs, policies, and services. It provides a safe, non-exploitative environment where young people can form friendships, discuss experiences, and access information and referrals about sexual orientation, gender identity, and other concerns, alongside programs in social support, leadership development, and health promotion. It also coordinates the LGBTQ+ Youth Group Network of Massachusetts, connecting more than 15 community-based groups across the state to bolster advocacy and resource sharing. The organization serves more than 2,500 youth each year and has supported over 30,000 since its founding. Beyond its core programs, BAGLY offers two fee-for-service offerings—the BAGLY Speakers Bureau and BAGLY's Technical Assistance & Training Opportunities—and in 2019 partnered with Moonbox Productions to produce The Rocky Horror Show.
