AZGPS, LLC operates a wide-area GNSS correction service in Arizona by delivering Network RTK corrections through a regional Virtual Reference Station network. Formed in November 2004 to develop, install, manage, and operate the state’s first Network RTK solution, the company began by connecting four reference stations to Trimble RTKnet software and releasing the service publicly. Its network continuously streams data to a central server, which generates Virtual Reference Stations with localized corrections to counter spatial decorrelation and ppm error, improving positioning for field surveys. For static surveys, AZGPS provides a web portal with downloadable Rinex data, raw files, and a library of network information including maps, integrity reports, and station datasheets. Based in Mesa, Arizona, AZGPS serves surveyors and GNSS professionals in the southwestern United States, offering access to network corrections and related data.
