AutismUp is a not-for-profit organization based in Rochester, New York, that supports individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families. It seeks to expand opportunities and improve quality of life through customized programs in social and readiness skills, fitness and recreation, and sensory integration, along with navigation, training, and support services for parents, caregivers, siblings, first responders and professionals. Founded in 2004 by a group of parents, the organization has grown to over 4,000 member households and operates from a facility at 50 Science Parkway in Rochester.

AutismUp is a founding partner of the Golisano Autism Center, which houses a Multi-Sensory Learning Environment and offers programming seven days a week in a safe, sensory-friendly setting; the center serves as the organization’s home base and supports a broad range of community programs. The nonprofit emphasizes tailoring supports to individual needs and expanding opportunities across the lifespan, including adult services. In November 2025, AutismUp announced a partnership with SPORTFIVE through its SPORTGIVE initiative.
