Incorporated in 1967, Audio Visual Dynamics is a full-service audiovisual technical staging company that provides services for national/regional/local sales meetings & events, including but not limited to product launches, training meetings, clinical and market advisory boards, key opinion leader speaker training programs, FDA advisory committee meetings, shareholder meetings, community and political events. 

AVD is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

AVD has the experience and the equipment to deal with events in nontraditional settings. We have conducted meetings in a wide variety of venues including yachts, hotel grand openings, The Library of Congress, restaurants, zoos, museums, and historical locations. 

Also, as part of our AV service partnerships, we assist with venue selection, provide floor plans, conduct site surveys, and attend all necessary pre-planning meetings.
