Audiation, Inc. is a New York City–based audio agency that provides end-to-end podcast production services. It partners with brands, media companies, agencies and creators to conceive, develop, produce and market on-demand audio content, guiding projects from concept to delivery. A core team of audio professionals—producers, writers, engineers, sound designers and mixers—collaborates to shape narratives, secure talent and book guests while capturing the client's authentic voice. 

Founded in 2016 by Sandy Smallens, a digital entertainment pioneer who helped launch Spotify's Original Content department, Audiation operates within the media production industry to deliver comprehensive audio projects. The company is based in New York City and works with clients including iHeartMedia, LionTree Advisors, Nokia Bell Labs, Sotheby's, Thrive Global and the Washington Post BrandStudio. In June 2023, Audiation announced a collaboration with ExpressPros, in partnership with iHeartMedia, to produce a podcast.
