Atlantic Wireless is the world class owner and operator of UScellular retail stores across numerous states. Our retail stores are operated with the highest standard of excellence where we treat our customers like family. The purpose of the Atlantic Wireless Store Experience is to inform, illuminate and inspire. We are proud to tell you that Atlantic Wireless is a Christian company (of course He does own it all anyway) and is operated on Christian principles. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” (Colossians 3:23) Christianity is the spiritual foundation upon which we established Atlantic Wireless. As an outward expression of this belief, Atlantic Wireless tithes 10% of its net income to be used for ministry work. We have been stewarded by God with this company and its employees. Therefore, we will impact peoples lives for Christ. We are accomplishing this by being intentional with ministry in our company. Although we believe this is right for our company, we respect and employ people of all religions. Do we hire only Christians? Absolutely not. We celebrate diversity and treat people with respect just like Jesus.

Our Leadership Team is driven by a unique, servant leadership style, that all of our leaders use every day. This is based on Matthew 7:12 “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you,…”. We therefore believe in “coaching” our associates. Our leaders focus is to coach, council, and develop their direct reports. We do not manage with fear. This style has enabled us to fuel an incredible culture that people love. That's right, they actually LOVE coming to work…can you imagine?
